**All above fees include basic feeding, water change, kitty dish washing, litter scooping, brushing, playtime.
$25.00 fee for new client Meet and Greet /Orientation/Key Pick-Up, Computerized File Creation
$20.00 fee for second key pick-up, re-orientation
$25.00 minimum for daytime vet transport while your cat is in my care. This excludes hourly charges while at the animal hospital.
$45.00 minimum for nighttime vet ER transport while your cat is in our care. This excludes hourly charges while at the ER.
$45.00 minimum additional fee for last minute** or holiday new client Meet and Greet/Orientation/Key Pick Up, File Creation
Peak holidays will have higher fees, please see the Holidays page

My rates are based on my background, skills, and knowledge of felines. I have 6 years of cat shelter, medical, adoption, behavioral and under socialized cat experience. If your cat is diabetic, hyperthyroid, CRF, feral/shy, etc., I can handle your cat's specific needs and situation. All CITC helpers have similar experience.
Please contact me as soon as you have travel plans to avoid last minute rushing of key pick up. Or, what's even better is having Cats in the City already set to take care of your cat/s long before you may have to travel on business, vacation, or emergency situations. Planning ahead is best for all involved and helps you feel more relaxed about your kitty care before you go away.
*Emergency is defined as less than 3 calendar days before client trip
**Last minute is defined as less than 6 calendar days before client trip.
PAYMENT FOR ALL KITTY CARE IS DUE BEFORE THE FIRST DATE OF CARE. CITC ACCEPTS PERSONAL CHECKS AND CHASE QUICKPAY.
ALL CANCELLATIONS SUBJECT TO CANCELLATION FEES.
NO REFUNDS FOR EARLY RETURNS ONCE KITTY CARE IS IN PROCESS. OTHER 'NO REFUNDS' MAY APPLY AT TIME OF SERVICE. ALL RATES SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.
